I made the most awesome vegetarian minestrone soup tonight, I just have to write down how I made it!
Ingredients
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 large onion
1 cup red Wine
1 large carrot
2 sticks celery
1 turnip
1 cup savoy cabbage
1 large potato
6 ripe tomatoes
